JACK GREALISH has won his struggle to get a leisure suite built at his £5.6 million Cheshire property, replete with his own treatment room.

The Manchester City and England midfielder, who has recently returned from a knee injury, wants to upgrade his seven-bedroom country estate with a new gym and swimming pool.

The opulent facility will also have a cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, juice bar, and a separate games room above the garage.

But he met a snag when a bat roost was discovered, and conservationists demanded a survey of the endangered species.

He was instructed to construct a bat roost and bird boxes on his huge estate, which has a 24-hour helipad, championship tennis court, golf green, and fly fishing lake.

However, after no objections from neighbors, officials at his local council pronounced the proposed development ‘on-side’ this week.

It comes as the £100 million signing battled his way back to full health after suffering a dead leg in a game with Sheffield United in August, and he might make his return in tonight’s Champions League clash against Young Boys in Switzerland.

“Aside from the kidney injury I had six years ago, it was the most painful injury I’ve had,” Grealish added.

“You may all laugh at me now; it was only a dead leg, but it was the worst dead leg I’d ever had.”

“I get so many of them over the years, and I am usually good at taking them, taking the hits, and stuff.”

Grealish, 28, and his fiancée Sasha Attwood purchased the ‘amazing modern mansion’ in 24 acres of gardens and parkland last year.

It features a grand entry and reception hall, a galleried landing, a family room, an orangery, a drawing room, an entertainment and games room, a library, a study room, and a boot room.

A master bedroom with a dressing room, an underground wine cellar, a triple garage for his collection of flash motors, luxury dog kennels, and a separate two-bedroom cottage are all included.

A Japanese water garden, an off-road cycle track, a vegetable plot, and enough room for a football or cricket pitch round out the amenities.
