Vinicius Junior seems to be in great shape before the 2023–24 season because he is following Cristiano Ronaldo’s workout plan.

It looks like Vinicius Junior is in great shape in readiness for the next season, 2022–23. Just recently, the Brazilian winger posted a bunch of pictures of himself working out on social media. He scored the game-winning goal for Real Madrid against Liverpool in the Champions League final last year.

The pictures show Vinicius working out hard while he was on vacation to get in the best shape possible for pre-season training when he got back.

The 21-year-old just had the best season of his career, scoring 22 goals in 52 games, but he’s clearly not happy to just sit back and enjoy the success. His boss, Carlo Ancelotti, will be very happy.

Vinicius Jr has followed the Cristiano Ronaldo method

There’s no doubt about it: Cristiano Ronaldo is Vinicius’ favorite football player shown here. Marca, a Spanish newspaper, said in May 2020 that Vinicius was using the “so-called Cristiano method” to become a top-level football player by always working to improve his mental and physical skills as well as his health.

These two people were hired by the South American to come to his home in Madrid and help him cook and work out. In his first few years at the Bernabeu, the South American had a lot of people who didn’t believe in him. The cook carefully watched Vinicius’s food and came up with a new way to make sure he always ate well. As soon as the quick player cut down on body fat, he suddenly became stronger and faster.
